The Italian Situationist Gianfranco Sanguinetti takes the Venice Biennale and Samson Kambalu to court for presenting Sanguinetti Breakout Area in Okwui Enwezor’s All the World’s Futures. Sanguinetti demands that Samson Kambalu’s installation at Arsenale be shut down and the Biennale catalogue All the World’s Futures be withdrawn from the shelves. Sanguinetti’s lawyers propose a 20,000 Euros a day penalty for each day of delay. The judge’s verdict in Venice is due in the next few days.
